RMS Beauty: Obey Your Master Mixer

FullSizeRender-4

Happy Friday!!!!!!  Okay, so we need to discuss something pretty important: the new RMS Beauty Master Mixer.  Or, as I like to call it, The Golden Hour-in-a-Pot.  Seriously, I’m not sure I’ve been this starstruck since I discovered RMS Beauty Living Luminizer 4+ years ago.  To keep myself from sounding like a cheesy, pushy advertisement, I refrain from saying this often, but….  you NEED this product. Sorry, but you do.

Why, exactly?  Well, the Master Mixer is the most versatile cosmetic I’ve ever come across.  In the pot, it looks like rose-gold-glowing-skin, and the color and formula make my complexion glow, without a trace of detectable shimmer.  You can wear it under or over just about any other product, so it doubles your cosmetics palette.  It looks gorgeous all on its own, too.  I love to apply it on the high points of the face, just like the Living Luminizer or any other illuminator (cheekbones, brow bones, down the center of the nose, the inner corners of the eyes, in the bow of the lips, the collarbone, etc.)

The Master Mixer also tones down a bright blush or warms up a cool-toned lip color.  My personal favorite use?  Undereye circles.  If I’m wearing makeup, then I’ve got RMS Un Cover-up in #22 on my dark circles.  To set it, I apply a little W3LL PEOPLE Bio Brightening Powder with a fan-shaped brush.  However, if my skin is dehydrated, or if I apply too much powder, the skin starts to look dry and crepe-y.  Tapping a teeny-tiny bit of Master Mixer on top makes everything better, and I don’t have to wipe everything off and start again.

In this photo, I’m wearing the Master Mixer on, well, pretty much my entire face…  But, see?  It just works!

To get this look (applied in this order):

Tah-dah!  I hope you have a great weekend!

P.S. That gorgeous rose gold Charleston Rice Beads Necklace is by my friend, Deirdre Zahl, a.k.a. Candy Shop Vintage.
