This is the only eyeliner you need.  The end.  Okay, okay, I’ll tell you more.  Many Clean eyeliner pencils tend to smear and slide off.  This one glides on smoothly for a precise line or easily smudges for a smoky eye, but it actually stays put all day.  The Hypnotist is a rich, velvety black, but because it is moisturizing, you can apply any shadow on top for the color you desire.  Cost: about $16.  Purchase it here.

Just in case you were wondering why you should switch out your conventional eyeliner for a Clean one:  Your current eyeliner probably contains parabens, mineral oil, paraffin, propylene glycol and 1,4 dioxane.  Some even contain BHT and DMDM Hydantoin, which releases formaldehyde when it comes in contact with our bodies.  The skin around our eyes is so delicate and the mucus membranes that skin is protecting is even more vulnerable.  You do NOT want this junk leaking into your eyes!  Okay, the end, for real.
