Like. Whoa. Every once in a while, I encounter a product that changes everything. Ladies and gentlemen, meet your new obsession. You will wonder what you ever did before you started using Lina Hanson’s Global Serums.
Lina Hanson is an accomplished celebrity makeup artist who hails from Sweden. Dedicated to the Clean, Green beauty movement, she wrote a great book, Eco-Beautiful – The Ultimate Guide to Natural Beauty and Wellness. A few years ago, she also began product development on her own line of skincare. Lina is obviously more interested in quality than quantity; there are only two products in her line to date. But guess what? They are perfection. She travelled the world personally sourcing each ingredient for its own super-power, ensuring that it was sustainably harvested from farmers, artisans and women’s cooperatives.
The end result is glorious. These serums are silky and quickly absorb into the skin, leaving a non-greasy finish. The smell is an intoxicating, earthy vanilla-citrus. The face serum is best for normal to dry skin and sinks in so much better than a cream; it makes a wonderful primer for makeup as well. The body serum is amazing for all skin types; personally, I will be replacing my ho-hum almond body oil with this liquid gold. Face Serum Cost: about $85 for 1 oz. Body Serum Cost: about $63 for 3.4 oz. Purchase both here.
