Bare Beauties, our lives are about to get easier!  The Environmental Working Group has finally released their much anticipated mobile app, Skin Deep!

I downloaded it yesterday and I’ve been playing with it ever since.  You can search by product name or you can scan a barcode while you are shopping.  It’s awesome!

EWG’s Skin Deep Cosmetics Database is the world’s largest personal care product safety guide.  EWG has launched this app to provide us with easy-to-navigate safety ratings at our fingertips for a wide range of products and ingredients on the market.

The Skin Deep app has information and online safety assessments for more than 79,000 personal care products, 2,500 brands and 9,000 ingredients, culled from product labels and from scientific and industry literature.
