Whew!  I’m back.  What a crazy two weeks.  I kind of hate taking a break from the blog because I’m scared that if I’m gone for than a few days, no one will ever read it again!  However, I always come up with new ideas when I’m on vacation and I return home rejuvenated and ready to write.  I hope you are still listening!  Hello?…….  🙂

This post in particular has been a long time in the making.  Seriously, I have been working on it FOREVER.  At my old 9-5 (at The Urban Electric Company) my coworker, Meg, explained that her sister-in-law, Gregg Renfrew, was starting a Clean Beauty company called Beautycounter and that its ethos aligned with that of Bare Beauty’s.  “How exciting!”, I thought.  And then I promptly got pregnant and lost what little memory I had to begin with.

Almost a year later, I finally got in touch with Gregg and the ladies at Beautycounter (who are all lovely, by the way).  You guys, this company is LEGIT.  You can trust every single product in this line.  Watch this quick video, which sums up Beautycounter’s mission (and mine, for that matter).

Rosewater Uplifting Spray.  Cost: $32 for 1.7 oz.  An everyday and in-flight essential that makes moisturizer work double-time.

Hydrate Everyday Body Lotion.  Cost:$22 for 8 oz.  Easily absorbed, effective.  Clean and Green.  No-brainer.

Lip Sheer in “Twig”.  Cost: $28.  A flattering-for-every-skintone-nude that hydrates lips all day long.
