Conventional deodorants and antiperspirants contain aluminum, a non-essential heavy metal that is toxic to our bodies.  Studies have shown aluminum to be present in breast cancer tissue.  Going au naturel with deodorant can be a stinky experiment, but you’ll have nothing to worry about if you use Soapwalla Deodorant Cream.  It’s Clean and it works all day long, even during exercise.  Cost: $14.  Purchase it here.

Our skin is our largest organ.  What we put on our bodies goes into our bloodstream within minutes and most conventional body lotions contain mineral oil, parabens and phthalates, among other toxic ingredients.  Switching out to Florame Almond Body Lotion is a no-brainer.  It moisturizes well, absorbs quickly and it smells great.  Cost: $28.  Purchase it here.
