Luzern La Defense SPF 30 is the daily sunscreen you’ve been waiting for.  It’s Clean, it has broad spectrum protection and it contains lots of active, anti-aging ingredients so you don’t have to wear an additional daytime anti-aging moisturizer.  And its gentle, light-weight hydration truly make it suitable for any skin type, including for those with acne, rosacea, eczema as well as those with extremely sensitive skin.  Cost: $45 for 1.3 oz.  Purchase it here.

Ayla Beauty Founder, Dara Kennedy, has a funny story behind Luzern’s Force de Vie Micro-Gel:  When my skin was oily-combination, the Micro-Gel was my holy grail product.  Luzern stopped making it several years ago, and I was so devoted to it that I bought every bottle left in the country and got all of the shops/spas I bought from to ask Luzern to start making it again.
