Happy Friday! I’ve been experimenting with celery in my green smoothies lately, as it has so many health benefits; it is naturally anti-inflammatory as well as rich in manganese and vitamins C and K. It is also a natural diuretic and detoxifier. This smoothie is really filling and refreshing with out being too sweet.
Mean Green Spinach Cooler:
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cucumber, peeled
- 1 apple
- 1 rib celery
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 fistful ice
Blend all ingredients until smooth in a powerful blender or Vitamix. Enjoy!
