I don’t usually wear bright lips during the day, but the weather in Charleston has been sooo dreary lately.  Combine that with mid-winter skin, and it’s not a pretty picture.  I’ve recently turned to wearing a bold lip during the day as well as at night and I really think it perks me up – not just my complexion, but my spirit, too.
