Operation Lose Baby Weight Wednesday: Day 18 of the Cleanse

Can you tell I am trying to stay motivated?!  I have to remind myself that this cleanse isn’t for immediate weight loss; it is for resetting my metabolism and safe, healthy, steady weight loss.  I’ve plateaued at the 7-pound mark and I am really hoping that I will drop one more by the end of this week.  Eight pounds in 21 days would not be a failure.  But nine would be better!  For those who are following along, my cleanse diary for the last week is below.

Wednesday:

  • Roasted Chicken over Sautéed Kale and Carrots

Friday:

  • Hot Water with Lemon and Cayenne Pepper
  • Strawberry Protein Shake
  • Beet, Apple and Ginger Smoothie, A few Slices of Turkey Breast and Avocado
  • Handful of Raw Cashews
  • Warm Kale Salad with Shrimp

  • Dry Brushing
  • Supplements
  • Power Walk with Annabel, 1 hour

Saturday:

  • Oil Pulling
  • Hot Water with Lemon and Cayenne Pepper
  • Pumpkin Pie Shake
  • Asian Chicken Salad
  • Apple and Almond Butter
  • Baby Spinach, Love Beet, Bell Pepper and Avocado Salad with Walnuts and Turkey Breast
  • Raspberries
  • Dry Brushing

  • Infrared Sauna, 30 minutes
