Can you tell I am trying to stay motivated?! I have to remind myself that this cleanse isn’t for immediate weight loss; it is for resetting my metabolism and safe, healthy, steady weight loss. I’ve plateaued at the 7-pound mark and I am really hoping that I will drop one more by the end of this week. Eight pounds in 21 days would not be a failure. But nine would be better!
